We now offer a Joint Venture Planning Consultancy Service - or a Success-Based Fee Structure - to a limited number of projects, where our fees are only required if and when planning permission is secured. This model enables our clients to progress with confidence, minimising initial risk and expenditure while maintaining the highest quality of planning input.

Our team delivers the full planning strategy, coordination and representation, combining technical excellence, robust policy analysis and persuasive advocacy at every stage. We pride ourselves on the quality of our submissions and the clarity of our advice.

Pre-application & LPA Liaison

If required we can facilitate pre-application engagement with your LPA, including preparation of statements and on-going engagement.

Committee Representation & Appeals

Committee attendance, negotiation of conditions and success-based appeal representation (separate fee structure applies).

Planning Strategy & Appraisal

Policy analysis, site constraints/opportunities and identifying a bespoke planning strategy for your site to maximise the prospect of achieving planning permission.

Application Management

Prepare planning statements, coordinate specialist reports, submit applications and manage consultation responses.

How we work - simple 4-step process

• Delivery - We deliver our planning services, whether that be for a pre-application, application or local plan representation.

• Planning Decision - Our fees are payable on issuing of a Decision Notice. We can help with planning conditions and next steps where necessary.
