If your site already complies with the relevant local policies, we may recommend you submit a planning application or pre-application request to the Council instead.

Once instructed, we will set about creating a compelling local plan representation or Call for Sites submission for your site. This includes identifying national policies which the site would comply with, as well as identifying how any constraints for the site can be overcome. This can include calling on our network of specialists.
