Hertsmere Call for Sites
Cedar Planning are expertly placed to help you maximise the value of your land.
Hertsmere Council Call for Sites
Hertsmere Council has launched a Call for Sites consultation. This is an important opportunity for landowners and developers to tell the Council about sites which may have the potential for development.
In December 2024, the Government published a revised NPPF which has increased Hertsmere's housing targets by 43%. As a result of this significant increase, the Council has launched a new call for sites process to source additional housing and employment land, including land for gypsy and traveller provision and renewable and low carbon energy schemes.
Sites submitted to the Hertsmere Call for Sites will be considered as part of the review of their Local Plan. If successful, your site could be allocated as part of the emerging plan.
At Cedar Planning we use our in-depth knowledge of the local plan process to promote sites for our clients.
If you have land in Hertsmere Council area, and are looking to maximise its value, contact us today to find out how we can help you.
