Greenwich Call for Sites

Cedar Planning are expertly placed to help you maximise the value of your land.

Greenwich Call for Sites

The Royal Borough of Greenwich Council has launched a Call for Sites consultation. This is an important opportunity for landowners and developers to tell the Council about sites which may have the potential for development.

To be considered as part of the Greenwich Call for Sites, the Council are looking for sites that have the potential for future development, either in the short-term (1-5 years), medium-term (5-10 years) or long-term (10-15 years).

Sites submitted to the Greenwich Call for Sites will be considered as part of the review of their Local Plan. If successful, your site could be allocated as part of the emerging plan.

At Cedar Planning we use our in-depth knowledge of the local plan process to promote sites for our clients.

If you have land in Greenwich, and are looking to maximise its value, contact us today to find out how we can help you. The Greenwich Call for Sites consultation was due to close on 31st July 2024.
