Sefton Call for Sites

Cedar Planning are expertly placed to help you maximise the value of your land.

Sefton Call for Sites

Sefton Council has launched a Call for Sites consultation. This is an important opportunity for landowners and developers to tell the Council about sites which may have the potential for development.

Sites submitted to the Sefton Call for Sites will be used to determine if there is an adequate land supply for various uses in the area. The Council are particularly looking for brownfield sites, and sites within the urban area.

The Council will complete an assessment of each submitted site setting out whether they consider any redevelopment is possible. This could be for housing, employment, gypsy and traveller pitches, shopping/leisure uses, sports and recreation or Biodiversity Net Gain sites.

At Cedar Planning we use our in-depth knowledge of the local plan process to promote sites for our clients.

If you have land in Sefton, and are looking to maximise its value, contact us today to find out how we can help you. The Sefton Call for Sites consultation closes on Friday 10th May 2024.
