North Yorkshire Call for Sites

The North Yorkshire Call for Sites consultation is now closed, but opportunities for promoting land through the Local Plan process will continue as the plan progresses. North Yorkshire Council have launched a Call for Sites. This is an important opportunity for landowners, developers and site promoters to tell the Council about sites which may have the potential for development and meet the needs of the area.

Sites submitted to the North Yorkshire Call for Sites will be considered as part of the review of their Local Plan. If successful, your site could be allocated as part of the emerging plan.

Sites can be put forward to the council for any use or designation, which can include housing, employment, retail, renewable energy or other environmental enhancement schemes.
