North Yorkshire Call for Sites

North Yorkshire Council have launched a Call for Sites. This is an important opportunity for landowners, developers and site promoters to tell the Council about sites which may have the potential for development and meet the needs of the area.

Sites submitted to the North Yorkshire Call for Sites will be considered as part of the review of their Local Plan. If successful, your site could be allocated as part of the emerging plan. The Council are encouraging sites to be submitted before the end of June 2024.

Sites can be put forward to the council for any use or designation, which can include housing, employment, retail, renewable energy or other environmental enhancement schemes.
