Cornwall Call for Sites

Cornwall County Council has launched a Call for Sites consultation. This is an important opportunity for landowners and developers to tell the Council about sites which may have the potential for development.

To be considered as part of the Cornwall Call for Sites sites need to meet the following criteria:

• Be capable of delivering 5+ dwellings or 500+ sqm of employment floorspace

• Be located within or adjacent to existing settlements or in sustainable locations

• Must not be located within selected environmental designations, including Flood Zone 3b (the functional floodplain).

Sites submitted to the Cornwall Call for Sites will be considered as part of the review of their Local Plan. If successful, your site could be allocated as part of the emerging plan.
