Our site appraisal service is a great starting point for your development. We will review your site against local and national policies, and provide you with a report identifying the likelihood of success and as part of this service we create a bespoke planning strategy for achieving planning permission.

We produce planning objections in an open and transparent way, ensuring that your local concerns can be incorporated.

Sequential Tests

If your site is at risk of flooding, you may be required to produce a Sequential Test. National Planning Policy requires development to be directed to areas at lowest risk of flooding. A Sequential Test is used to demonstrate that there are no other sites for your development which are at a lower risk of flooding. This includes a comprehensive assessment of all other potential development sites in a given search area, and Cedar Planning are well placed to help you.
